terramotus Came across this album the other day (2019). Criminally late to the party. A brilliant assortment of pagan/folk metal from the lands of Poland. Catchy; knee popping, head bopping, neck popping - it's really something worth grabbing. Oh, love the album art too (some nice covers from the middle part of their discography). Favorite track: Koło życia.

M Dan Ortiz Poland never seems to fall short of great metal. This album doesn't have a bad track. Favorite track: Wieczne Słońce.

Cedronalz Why this is just perfect when it comes to pagan metal. It has everything I want from it: aggression, yet melody - though not one bit cheesy - and the folk elements you'd expect. Memorable songs you'll want to listen to over and over again.
Definitely deserves more recognition!!!
It also has a positive message to focus more on nature and actual life than on telling your facebook "friends" that you are taking a shower...

I'd say Havukruunu is the rightful holder of the Crown and the mantle of Quorthon. Epic choirs, vikingesque themes and tales from the other times, of the Finnish paganism back in the days before our ancestors were brought to the cross and forced to kneel while feeling the bloody sword of saviour on their throats made to kiss the hand of murderers who burnt thousands, tore down our holy places and took our holy days. Mikolaj is a real multi-talent in bass as well as guitar as well as vocals and "Darkside" Maciej's drumming is a well-calibrated 100th-of-seconds-clockwork. Not for nothing is Mgla considered as a standard for a lot of other blacker-than-black metal bands. I hope to see this band live once..... grote_smurf
